Due to the continued success and expansion of Jayne Beard Associates the following vacancies have arisen:

Property Manager – Full-time Permanent
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our successful lettings team based in the Bedford Office. We are ideally looking for a candidate with previous experience who has a good local knowledge and an understanding of the lettings industry.
This position will require you to manage an established property portfolio offering a varied customer focused role which will require you to liaise with tenants and landlords on a daily basis and consisting of carrying out property inspections, schedules and check outs. Also working from our in-house computer system you will need to be computer literate.

Property Manager – Full-time Maternity Cover
We are also looking for a Property Manager as above on a maternity cover basis.

Lettings Negotiator – Full-time Permanent 
The main role of the lettings negotiator is to carry out viewings with prospective tenants, being the first point of contact with our clients it is essential that you make a good impression. Previous experience is not essential however you will require knowledge of the local area.
Other duties will include confirming appointments and general administration.

All applicants must have their own car with insurance to cover business miles, mileage allowance will be paid.

Salaries will be discussed depending on relevant experience.

Trainee Saleroom Manager and Valuer 
We have a vacancy within our auction rooms based in the heart of Woburn.
The successful candidate will be introduced to the fascinating world of antiques, art, jewellery, ceramics, precious metals, retro items, furniture and objet d’art.
A keen interest in the business is vital as well as a personable character.

Holloways Auctioneers

Full Time Office Administrator 
Holloway’s Auctioneers and Valuers of Banbury are looking for a full-time Office Administrator. The role includes management of the front office, organising private auction viewings, advertising, marketing, arranging valuation days, administration of the monthly auctions and reconciling the final figures.
The successful candidate will join a small but experienced team and will need to demonstrate excellent organisational abilities, a “can do” attitude, people skills, and some experience of accounts would be helpful. Flexibility around working hours is required as some auctions take place on a Saturday, and private viewings will be on a weekday evening.
The salary for this role is between £20,000 - £22,500 depending upon relevant experience.
