Landlord’s fees

180.00 inclusive of vat
(This fee is for providing legal tenancy agreements, deposit protection and a detailed schedule of contents with includes photographs)
Change of ownership - 60.00 inclusive of vat

Renewal fee
72.00 inclusive of vat
(This fee is for a change of tenancy after a tenant moves out and a new tenancy agreement and schedule of contents etc is required.

Introductory service fees
180.00 inclusive of vat plus a payment equivalent to two weeks rent plus vat.
(this fee is for providing legal tenancy agreements, schedule of contents with photographs and tenant references – this fee will be taken from the first month’s rent)
