This fee will automatically be taken from the rental payment each month and the remainder will be transferred into your bank account on a monthly basis.
To secure the property: A holding fee of £300.00 including VAT is payable. (A fee of 3% will be charged for credit card transactions)

Please note that this fee will secure the property for up to 14 days.  After this period, if you wish to hold the property further, you will need to pay the first month’s rent which will be non refundable should you not proceed with the application.
Landlord's Fee
£180.00 including VAT = £150.00 + VAT
Change of ownership - £60 including VAT = £50 + VAT

This fee is for providing legal Tenancy Agreements, deposit protection and a detailed agreement and schedule of contents which includes photographs
Reference checking:

(Tenant Application Forms required for each person over the age of 18)
Reference check fee per individual                             £75.00 inclusive of vat
Reference check fee per Guarantor Application       £75.00 inclusive of vat
Reference check fee for Company Applications        £90.00 inclusive of vat
Landlord reference fee per person                             £35.00 inclusive of vat
Exit fee per property                                                      £35.00 inclusive of vat
Arrears letter fee                                                            (see tenancy agreement)

Please note that this payment is an administration fee, it is non refundable and it is not a payment towards your rent or deposit. 

If your references pass, fail or you withdraw your application this will not be returned.
Renewal fee:

£72.00 including VAT = £60.00 + vat

This is if a change in tenancy for the property after a tenant moves out and a new Tenancy Agreement and schedule of contents etc, is required.

Rent:
One Month’s rent is payable on the Tenant Application being successful or after
14 days, whichever date is the soonest  
INTRODUCTORY FEES

Landlord's fee
£180.00 including VAT = £150.00 + VAT and a payment equivalent to two weeks rent plus vat.

This fee is for providing legal Tenancy Agreements, schedule of contents with photographs and tenant references. This fee will be taken from the first month's rent.
Deposit:
The deposit is required at least 48 working hours prior to the agreed move-in date
 
Deposit scale:
 
Rents up to £500.00 pcm                                            - Rental figure plus £200.00
Rents between £500.01 pcm - £1000.00 pcm          - Rental figure plus £300.00
Rents of £1001.00 to £1500.00 pcm                          - Rental figure plus £400.00  
Rents over £1501.00 pcm                                           - Rental figure plus £500.00
